Panel-built residential houses

We build full residential houses using construction panel systems — engineered wall and roof elements assembled on a prepared foundation. The panel approach gives a fast, predictable build and a tight thermal envelope, both of which matter in the Estonian climate.

Whether it's a single-family home, a summer cottage, or a small garden building, the workflow is the same: site visit, drawings, fixed quote, build.

02 Interior renovation

Interior renewal & remodelling

Renovation work in houses and apartments — from a single room to a complete interior gut and rebuild. We do the visible work and we coordinate the trades behind the walls so nothing is left half-finished.

Most of our renovation jobs are full apartment refits, kitchen-and-bathroom remodels, or whole-floor rebuilds in older homes. We're comfortable working in occupied buildings and we're tidy about it.

Site visit & brief

We come to look. Free of charge anywhere within Valga, Võru, Põlva, or Tartu county.

Plan & quote

Drawings, materials list, schedule, fixed-scope quote. Nothing starts until you say go.

Build phase

One foreman, one crew, one number to call. Weekly photo updates as standard.

Hand-over & warranty

Walk-through, snag list, signed warranty. We come back if anything settles wrong.
