A small builder with steady hands.
Plenadomus is a residential construction company working out of Tõrva, in the Valga region of southern Estonia. We focus on two things — panel-built houses and interior renovation — and we keep the team small on purpose.
Honest work, steady pace
We started Plenadomus because we were tired of the way construction often goes — vague quotes, slipping schedules, sites left messy at the end of the day. Our answer is simple: small crew, fixed scope, work you can actually inspect as it goes up.
Panel construction is a good fit for our climate and for clients who want a clear timeline. The shell goes up in weeks, not months, and the building is tight against Estonian winters from the day the roof is closed in. From there we can take the project all the way through to finished interiors, or stop wherever the client wants.
On the renovation side, we work in homes and apartments throughout southern Estonia — from a single bathroom refit to a whole-house remodel. The same crew who frames a house also paints the walls of an apartment. That continuity is the point.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Once the brief is agreed and the quote is signed, the price holds. If something genuinely outside the brief comes up, we tell you before we touch it.
One crew, one project
The people you meet at the site visit are the same people swinging hammers a month later. No handoffs to subcontractors you've never spoken to.
Clean site, every evening
You should be able to walk through the site at the end of any day and not trip over anything. Tools away, dust down, materials stacked.

A short message is enough — site address or apartment, rough scope, when you'd like to start. We'll take it from there.
